Wrapped Mini Dogs w/Mustard

Ingredients:

1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package mini hot dogs, smoked or unsmoked
mustard to compliment the dogs: yellow, dark, horseradish, etc.

Directions:
Unroll the crescent rolls, press the separation marking to remove. Cut the rolls into strips slightly smaller than the length of the hot dogs. Roll up the hot dogs in the dough strips. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down. Bake according to package directions about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden in color and the hot dogs warmed throughout. Meanwhile, fill the injector bellows with the mustard of your choice. Attach the small needle. When the hot dogs are cooked, remove from the oven. While the dogs are still warm and easy to handle, inject the dogs from each end with the mustard/mustard mixture. Place on a serving platter along with toothpicks and cocktail napkins for individual servings.
Great for parties! Kids love the yellow or honey mustard!
Hints:
For variation, place a thin strip of cheese on the roll before rolling up the hot dog. Or, inject with a bellows filled with room temperature bottled, liquid cheese.
