Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

Pasta shells, large size, cooked and drained
1-16oz. container ricotta cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Mix ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, milk and spices together. Place fold over plastic bag into bellows, spreading it out as much as possible inside bellows. Spoon cheese mixture into bellows. Using large needle, fill pasta shell. Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on bottom of baking dish. Place filled pasta shells side by side in dish, filling side up. Spoon marinara sauce over shells. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
