Peanut Butter Fluff Filled Cupcakes

Yield: 12 cupcakes


 
Ingredients:

1 package of cake mix
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
2 1/2 to 3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Prepare cake mix per package directions and bake into cupcakes. Cool. When cupcakes are cool and ready for filling, heat milk in microwave. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Add 2 cups powdered sugar. Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until a soft
consistency is reached. You may need to add some more powdered sugar and milk until you get the consistency you want. Makes a cup of fluff, enough to fill 12 cupcakes.

Fill bellows with fluff. Inject into the center of each cupcake. After I injected the cakes, I put a dab of icing over the hole, and added a piece of Halloween (or any holiday) candy on top to decorate.
