Prepare the gelatin following the package instructions. Pour into
parfait dishes. Chill until firm. When ready to serve, fill a Flavor
Express bellows with the thawed topping. Flavor Express II will
fill the bellows by depressing the bellows with the needle inside
the container. Release the handle pressure and the bellows will
fill. As it is used, refill the bellows the easy way. Using the
large needle, bring the topping to the end of the needle by depressing
the handle. Insert the needle inside the gelatin inside the glass.
Release the handle pressure and draw the needle up, keeping it close
to the glass. Garnish with an extra swirl of topping on the top
of the parfait.
Hints/Tips:
Use sugar-free gelatin and low-fat whipped topping to reduce calories
and fat. Try this with puddings, too. A straight sided, tall, parfait
glass works best.
