Creamy Dessert Filling for Flavor Express® cupcakes, strawberries, etc.

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk)
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste

Directions:
In a heavy bottomed saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch into the water. Stir in the milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Remove from the heat, cool slightly. Add the vanilla. Stir well. Use in the Flavor Express® bellows using the large needle. This filling may be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. Bring to room temperature before using.
