Country Style Pork Ribs

Serves: 4 - 6
Ingredients:

2-3 lbs. Pork ribs, country style
Sweet and sour marinade, purchased or homemade

Directions:

Wrap each meat piece in a single sheet of plastic wrap. Fill the bellows with the marinade. Using the large needle, inject the marinade into the meat, inserting in several locations. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Remove plastic wrap. Grill or bake at 350 degrees F. until cooked. Turn frequently to brown on both sides evenly.
